App won’t start

Requires macOS 15+ (Sequoia)
Apple Silicon (M1+) required — no Intel
System Settings → Privacy → Allow app

Model download fails

Check internet connection
~20 GB free storage needed

Generation

Video is choppy / blurry

Increase quality tier (at least Standard for smooth animation)
4+ segments for smooth animation

Wrong subject / wrong count

Use explicit numbers: 'two dogs' instead of 'dogs'
Describe subject in more detail

With 16 GB RAM: Close other large apps during generation.

Audio

No music / no sound

Check audio options — enabled?
Music AI models downloaded?

Lipsync not working

Clearly visible face needed in video
Use close-up shots in prompt

Debug Bundle

Click 'Copy Debug Bundle' in the app — collects all logs and error data for support.
