Quick Start
ReelGen transforms your text prompts into complete AI films — including animation, voices, music, sound effects and lipsync. The desktop pipeline runs locally and offline-first on your Mac; optionally, you can use connected cloud and hybrid routes inside the app.

Installation

Download ReelGen
Download the app and drag it to your Applications folder.

Launch the app
On first launch all AI models are downloaded (~15 GB, 10–30 min).

Enter your prompt
Describe your film and press Generate.

Choose quality profile
Quick Test, Preview, Standard or Cinema — depending on desired quality.

Enjoy your film
ReelGen generates keyframes, animation, audio and the final film.

Start with Draft to quickly test prompts. Then re-render at higher quality.
Getting Started
After installation you will find these areas:
- Prompt input: Describe your film in natural language.
- Quality profile: 5 render tiers.
- Motion mode: Auto, Camera or Subject.
- Audio controls: Voices, music, sound effects.
- Pipeline monitor: Track progress in real time.
ReelGen requires Apple Silicon (M1+). Intel Macs are not supported.
